According to court documents obtained by the website TMZ, Asta Jonasson detailed the events that occurred in the suite where Diesel was staying at the St. Regis in Atlanta.
FIRED AFTER RESISTING
Former assistant Asta Jonasson claimed that Vin Diesel sexually assaulted her in his hotel room and that she was fired after resisting him.
According to Jonasson's claim, Vin Diesel was partying with several women in his room at the time.
After the party ended and the last woman remaining in the room left, she prepared to leave the hotel with Diesel.
As she stated, the goal was for Vin Diesel to leave the hotel without attracting the attention of the paparazzi.
ALLEGED 'MOLESTATION'
Asta Jonasson claimed that before she could even leave the room, Diesel groped her, touched her breasts, and attempted to kiss her forcibly.
Jonasson stated that she tried to break free from Vin Diesel's grasp, but the actor continued his persistent behavior.
