Actress Sibel Kekilli, who has appeared in productions such as 'Head-On', 'Game of Thrones', and 'Dark Night', had blocked access to her Instagram account from Turkey about 7 years ago, stating that she could no longer tolerate the comments made by users living in Turkey.

In 2017, Sibel Kekilli reacted to harassing comments on her Instagram account and blocked access to her account from Turkey, stating that she could no longer tolerate the comments made by users living in Turkey in particular.

Before placing the block on access from Turkey, Kekilli had made the following statement:

Please stop following my account!
