WHO IS AYNUR AYDIN?
Aynur Aydın is a Turkish singer and songwriter born on December 15, 1985. After joining the group Sürpriz in Germany and gaining musical experience, she moved to Turkey in 2011 and released her first solo album titled 12 Çeşit La La - 12 Ways to La La. Following this successful period, she released her album Emanet Beden in 2016, which included hits such as "Günah Sevap" and "Bi Dakika".
Aynur Aydın was born on December 15, 1985, in Munich, West Germany. She grew up as the daughter of a Turkish family that had lived in Munich for three generations after her grandfather immigrated in 1970. She began singing at a young age and gained her first experiences on children's and youth theater stages. She graduated from the Westend Opera Musical School in Munich.
She took her first step into a professional career by joining the group Sürpriz in 1999. The group recorded their first album, titled Sürpriz, in Istanbul in 2000. Through this, they began performing on international stages. After the dissolution of Sürpriz, Aydın joined the group Tagtraeumer. The group competed in Germany's 2003 Eurovision Song Contest pre-selections with the song "Mükemmel Dünya İçin".
Turning to a solo career in the following years, Aydın met songwriter Tony Nilsson in Sweden and began preparations for her first album in 2009.
She spent two years working on her album. In the first stage, Aydın prepared 13 English songs. Later, these songs were combined with their Turkish versions in the album 12 Çeşit La La - 12 Ways to La La.
The songs were recorded at Cosmos Studio in Stockholm. She shot her first music video for the song "Yenildim Daima" and its English version, "DNA". She shot her second music video for "Yanı Başıma", the Turkish version of the song "Measure Up".
Later, she took part in Erdem Kınay's project and sang the song "İşporta", and in June 2012, she shot a music video for this song in Belgium, directed by Şenol Korkmaz. The song "İşporta" became one of the most listened-to songs in Turkey in June 2012.
In 2013, she released her first single, "Life Goes On", digitally. In the same year, she sang the song "Sınır" on Erdem Kınay's second project album, "Proje 2".
The 2015 single "Günah Sevap" reached number 1 on the Kral Pop TV Top 20 chart.
In April 2016, she released her second studio album, Emanet Beden, accompanied by "Günah Sevap" and "Bi Dakika", both of which rose to number three in Turkey.
In December 2017, she released the single "Bana Aşk Ver" with Turaç Berkay Özer.
