Sinem Ünsal, the star of the popular recent series Uzak Şehir, was a guest on the YouTube program 'İbrahim Selim ile Bu Gece'. During the program, she made candid remarks about her dietary habits and lifestyle.
'EVEN THE IDEA OF MEAT FEELS BAD TO ME'
Ünsal stated that she has not consumed meat since childhood and supports this choice for ethical reasons as well. “I don't even know the taste of meat because I last ate it when I was a child. I consume fish, but I don't eat red meat or chicken. Even the idea of meat feels bad to me,” she said.
Furthermore, noting that she avoids certain foods due to a bowel condition, Ünsal added, “I love foods like pasta and pizza, but I don't consume milk or dairy products. As for vegetables, I am quite flexible. I have been very happy since I established this nutritional system,” she said.
