Seattle-based coffee giant Starbucks has opened a two-person position with the title "Global Coffee Creator." One of these positions will be filled from within the company, while the other will be selected from outside. The selected individuals will be tasked with visiting Starbucks stores worldwide for one year to document the coffee experience and culture.
The job description includes promoting the spirit, culture, and people of Starbucks through effective content on social media. The job posting includes the phrase, "Show the world why Starbucks coffee is different."
This position, which offers an annual salary range between 80,000 and 136,000 dollars, provides participants with the opportunity to visit at least 10 different Starbucks locations, such as the Hacienda Alsacia coffee farm in Costa Rica, the Reserve Roastery in Milan, and stores in Tokyo.
Although the position is suitable for remote work, applicants must be US citizens, high school graduates, over 18 years old, and possess a valid passport.
