Statement from Kızılcık Şerbeti producer on Müjde Uzman: We realized later that it wasn't like that

Müjde Uzman, who brought the character of "Alev" to life in the series Kızılcık Şerbeti, had made a post on her social media account months ago, announcing that she was burnt out.

Uzman had used the following expressions in her post:

"For the first time in my life, I am burnt out. The worst part is that no one believes it. Everyone has a theory about who I should be and my troubles, and the biggest reason is my profession! My life must be very easy, sparkling and glittery (whatever that means), full of money and luxury, etc. Seriously, whose work is talked about this much? Will I never be able to talk about other things? They don't believe in health problems either. Give me back my 30-year friends, the habits that nourish my soul, and my freedom. My soul is so constricted that there is no part of my body left that isn't constricted, sick, or aching. I am sick from the lack of trees, the lack of the sea, and the lack of humanity; I am in mourning, and no one sees it. Guess what I don't have? The strength!" 

'WE HAD A VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM'

Müjde Uzman, who made a name for herself for a long time with this statement, bid farewell to the series at the end of the second season.

Faruk Turgut, the producer of Kızılcık Şerbeti, who was a guest on Özlem Gürses's YouTube channel, spoke about Müjde Uzman's departure.

Regarding the issue, Faruk Turgut said, "We had a very serious problem. She shot a video saying, 'I am experiencing burnout syndrome, I don't want to go to the set anymore.' But we realized later that it wasn't like that at all. Now she has signed with another series... I suppose she will be on screen in another series in September or October."

'THE ALEV CHARACTER WILL DIE'

Turgut also stated that the character of Alev, played by Uzman in Kızılcık Şerbeti, will die.

Following these statements, some social media users reacted to Müjde Uzman.

'YOU WERE SUCCESSFUL IN A JOB FOR ONCE IN A BLUE MOON'

One follower said to Uzman, "You were successful in a job for once in a blue moon, and you left that unfinished too. You are like Meryem Uzerli in Magnificent Century; she couldn't amount to anything either. You should have gritted your teeth for 1-2 seasons."

Unable to remain indifferent to this comment, Müjde Uzman reacted to her follower with the words, "Our understanding of success, our desires, and the ways we manifest ourselves are all different. Please take your disgusting sentences and go, and busy yourself with your own life."
