Actor Kadir İnanır was rushed to the hospital after falling ill at his home in Beykoz, Istanbul, on Sunday, March 24.
Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca shared a post on his social media account X regarding İnanır's health status.
"COULD NOT BE REMOVED FROM INTUBATION"
Minister Koca stated the following:
"Kadir İnanır, who was brought to the emergency department of Ümraniye Training and Research Hospital on Sunday, March 24, was placed under observation in intensive care while sedated after the blocked cerebral vessel was opened.
Mr. İnanır was woken up as of 8:00 PM today, but because his body could not yet tolerate this, he could not be removed from intubation.
Our patient, whose motor movements have begun and whose general condition is improving, continues to receive treatment in intensive care. The waking process is ongoing. I once again offer my best wishes for a speedy recovery."
