Tarkan's comment on the Super Cup: 'It is very valuable that they stand up for Atatürk'
The Super Cup, which was scheduled to start at 20:45 in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, has been postponed. Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe decided not to take the field after they were not permitted to wear shirts featuring Atatürk. Evaluating this decision, artist Tarkan said, "It is very valuable that they stand up for Atatürk."

In the Super Cup Final planned to be played in Saudi Arabia, approval was not granted to Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe for Atatürk banners and shirts.
Following this development, Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray refused to take the field and did not step back from their demands. After these developments, the Super Cup final was postponed.
