A TURNING POINT FOR THE CURE FOR YEARS
Joining The Cure in 1990, Perry Bamonte played both guitar and keyboards on some of the band's most important albums. "Wish," "Wild Mood Swings," "Bloodflowers," "Acoustic Hits," and "The Cure" were among the works to which Bamonte contributed the most.
During his 14 years with The Cure, Bamonte performed in over 400 concerts, gaining a large global following. Although he left the band in 2005, he returned three years ago to continue his music career with The Cure once again.
BAMONTE'S SUBSEQUENT MUSICAL JOURNEY
After leaving the band, Perry Bamonte continued his music career with different projects. He began playing bass guitar in the band Love Amongst Ruin alongside former Placebo drummer Steve Hewitt, Julian Cope, and Donald Ross Skinner. The band released their self-titled debut album in 2010 and their second studio album, "Lose Your Way," in 2015.
