In line with the ongoing investigation, the singer was detained during the raid on her residence.

During the searches conducted at the house, 15 grams of 'skunk' type narcotic substance in three separate pieces, along with 2,000 euros, 730 dollars, and 1,500 TL were seized.

It was determined that Kalben, who had drugs inside a toy car during the search of her home, had also thrown drugs out of the balcony in a jar, and the singer was placed under judicial control and issued a travel ban.

Details of the operation, which hit the magazine world like a bombshell, have emerged. It was learned that behind the operation on Kalben's residence was a tip-off sent to the Istanbul Police Department, which included a video of Kalben secretly filmed while using the narcotic substance known as cocaine while she was abroad.

POLICE TOOK ACTION

It was determined that the police pressed the button after the tip-off alleged that the famous singer was selling drugs.

In the petition sent to the police by the informant, it was stated, "Singer Kalben Sağdıç uses drugs and distributes them to her circle for money." The informant also provided the names of the people who allegedly brought the drugs and claimed that the famous singer provided drugs to many people known in the magazine world.

Furthermore, it was claimed that she smuggled drugs into the country inside her musical instruments while entering the country from abroad.

HOW DID SHE START USING DRUGS?

Kalben, who was detained after the tip-off, said in her statement that she started using drugs because she was upset that a very close friend had stolen her jewelry during a concert she gave in Harbiye.

Stating that she did not supply drugs to anyone as the informant claimed, Kalben explained that the video in question was secretly filmed by a friend during a trip to Italy and that the person had recently demanded money from her in exchange for the video.

SHE SAID 'I AM A USER'

Saying that the blackmailer increased the level of blackmail by sharing the video with the police when she did not pay, Kalben stated that she is a user.

The investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the incident is ongoing.
