Tuba Büyüküstün and Halit Ergenç in the lead roles: Premiere of the series 'Yarın Yokmuş Gibi' held

The premiere of the series 'Yarın Yokmuş Gibi', which brings Tuba Büyüküstün and Halit Ergenç together after many years, took place at Soho House Istanbul.

In addition to the series cast, famous names such as Murat Boz, Birce Akalay, Fırat Tanış, İbrahim Selim, Seda Bakan, Rıza Kocaoğlu, Dolunay Soysert, Cihangir Ceyhan, Serkan Altunorak, Engin Hepileri, Beyza Şekerci, and Mahsun Karaca attended the event.

Ergenç, Büyüküstün, and the series' director Zeynep Günay answered questions from members of the press.

'I BELIEVE WE HAVE PRODUCED A GOOD PIECE OF WORK'

Stating that the filming process was very enjoyable, Tuba Büyüküstün said, "We had a very unique experience. The set was very enjoyable for us. I believe we have produced a good piece of work with a very strong script."

Discussing the plot of the series, Halit Ergenç explained, "This is a story that begins with a political writer interviewing an actress... We watch the process of them getting to know each other over the course of one night."

'I HOPE IT TOUCHES THE HEARTS OF THE AUDIENCE'

Director Zeynep Günay, speaking about the series which takes place in a single location over a single night, stated, "This is not something that always comes together... I am very happy to have had such a wonderful set experience with two such powerful actors. I hope the work we have done touches the hearts of the audience as well."

PLOT OF YARIN YOKMUŞ GİBİ

Consisting of four episodes and set to meet the audience on GAİN on February 14, the series follows the story of young actress Manolya (Tuba Büyüküstün) and experienced journalist Hakan (Halit Ergenç), who meet for an interview, as they confront their prejudices and experience a shift in their approach to one another during the short but intense time they spend together.

Produced by Saner Ayar and bearing the signature of CB Medya, the series was adapted for television by screenwriter Ekin Atalar from the 2003 film "Interview".
