Türkan Şoray, who was diagnosed with pneumonia on April 30 and has been resting at home due to her illness, was not cleared by her doctor to travel.
The veteran artist stated that although she had completed all her preparations, she is saddened that she will be unable to attend the program and that she will visit the TRNC as soon as she recovers.
