Türkan Şoray: 'I wish I had acted more with Yılmaz Güney'
Master actress Türkan Şoray attended the Şanlıurfa Culture Road Festival. When asked by a fan which male lead she would have liked to work with more, Şoray replied, "Yılmaz Güney."

The Şanlıurfa Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism garden hosted the talk, which drew significant interest from the citizens of Şanlıurfa.
Stating that she had wanted to visit Şanlıurfa for a long time, Türkan Şoray said, "When you really want something, you get very excited. Being with you has made me very happy. This city is the first land of civilizations. With its history, its people, its culinary culture, everything about it has a place in our hearts and minds, Şanlıurfa… I could have returned this evening, but I didn't want to.
I said, 'I will stay in Urfa; I want to experience Urfa to the fullest, I want to embrace its people.' Thank you all so much. You have made me very happy."
