Two new shopping malls to open in Istanbul
Two new shopping malls are opening in Istanbul this year. ECE Türkiye, a subsidiary of the German company ECE Marketplaces which manages 200 shopping centers, plans to open the V Metroway and Ağaoğlu Çekmeköy Park shopping malls, both currently under construction, within this year.

ECE Türkiye has announced new investment projects to be carried out in Antalya.
According to a report in Yeni Şafak, the company is launching two new projects in addition to its existing 200 shopping malls.
One of these projects, Luviya, will be built in Antalya.
It was stated that Luviya will have 50 thousand square meters of leasable area and will house 653 apartments, a 5-star hotel, and A-class office space, along with 200 stores.
Istanbul, which holds the title of the city with the most shopping malls, currently has 114 malls.

ECE Türkiye plans to open the V Metroway and Ağaoğlu Çekmeköy Park shopping malls, which are currently under construction, in Istanbul this year.
'WILL SERVE WITH 80 STORES'
Providing information about the two new shopping malls that will enter service in 2024, ECE Türkiye Co-General Manager and COO Semet Yolaç Canlıel stated the following:
“As part of our cooperation with the Ağaoğlu Group of Companies, we have undertaken the concept optimization, leasing, and management of the shopping mall component of the mixed-use project in Çekmeköy, which has an investment value of 7 billion TL. The project consists of 738 residences located in 13 blocks, in addition to the Ağaoğlu Çekmeköy Park shopping mall, which will feature 110 stores in a 30 thousand square meter leasable area. V Metroway, invested in by İsra Holding and built in Başakşehir, will serve with 80 stores on a 25 thousand square meter leasable area. With the opening of V Mall Istanbul, also invested in by İsra Holding, in 2025, these two shopping malls, located very close to each other, will form a strong retail destination of 70 thousand square meters in total in Başakşehir under the management of ECE Türkiye.”
