Renowned gastronomy writer Vedat Milor has leveled criticism at fine dining restaurants in his latest post. Milor shared his experience with a dessert called bougatsa with his followers on his social media account.
Milor stated that the presentation and visual appeal of the bougatsa he ate at a restaurant overshadowed its flavor, noting the following:
"Presentation and visuals are overshadowing the flavor. This is a kind of scattered pastry dessert. It costs 18 Euros at the restaurant in Athens. The show is fine, but it's dry and flavorless."
FİNE DİNİNG- MİCHELİN Açmazı bu işte. Sunum ve görsellik, lezzetin önüne geçiyor. Bu bir nevi serpme börek tatlı. Bougatsa. Atina’daki lokanta’da 18 Euro. Show tamam da kuru ve lezzetsiz. İkinci mekan Girit, Hanya. Artizanal. Müthiş lezzet. Makine değil el ustalığı. 3 Euro. pic.twitter.com/DI2p88EZ0M
