Veyis Ünal (28), who lives in Konya, made a trade offer involving his car to his friend Muzaffer Yılmaz (28), who works in the mobile phone business, to get his dream phone, an iPhone 16 Pro Max.
After Muzaffer Yılmaz agreed to take the Fiat Uno in exchange for the iPhone 16 Pro Max 1 TB model, the trade between the friends took place. The exchange, which the friends recorded, drew significant attention on social media.
HIS DREAM CAME TRUE
Veyis Ünal, who obtained his dream phone through the trade, said, “I had bought the car through a trade. I have constant business dealings with Muzaffer. I always buy my phones from him. We bought this car at a good price. I needed a phone. I wanted to get a 16 Pro Max; it was my dream. When that was the case, I made the offer to Muzaffer, and thank goodness he didn't turn it down. He paid an extra 10 thousand lira on top, and that's how we agreed.”
'WE ASKED IF A TRADE FOR A CAR WOULD WORK AND WE MADE THE TRADE'
Muzaffer Yılmaz, who received the car in exchange for the phone, said, “I buy and sell phones. We have had many transactions, but we hadn't recorded them on video. This time, since it was an interesting trade, we decided to record it and post it on social media. I needed a car, and my friend needed a phone. We thought about it, asked if a trade for a car would work, and we made the trade. The prices were more or less close to the phone. We agreed on a 10 thousand lira difference. We had a transaction like this. We are both satisfied; it turned out well. We received positive feedback from social media. Of course, people who don't know us thought it might be a hoax, but there is no such thing. We have constant business dealings, and this time it happened this way.”
