On our May 19 Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day, a unique conversation was held regarding this special day.
Özge and Başar expressed their love and respect for Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey. As the bright youth of our country, they also voiced their expectations and wishes.
Pointing out that individuals with Down syndrome are people with genetic differences, Özge and Başar delivered the message: "We are part of life, and with one extra difference, we are equal to everyone else."
