Yağmur Sarnıç, the ex-wife of former national footballer Emre Aşık, stated that she would commit suicide in a video she filmed at her home in the Kavaklı neighborhood of Beylikdüzü and shared on her social media account.
Upon receiving the report, police teams arrived at the residence and determined that Yağmur Sarnıç had attempted suicide by taking an overdose of antidepressant medication.
Following the initial intervention by medical teams at the scene, Sarnıç was taken to Beylikdüzü State Hospital as a precaution.
It has been learned that Yağmur Sarnıç is not in life-threatening condition, while police investigations into the incident are ongoing.
