Tekin, who faced backlash due to his post, did not delay in apologizing. He later deleted the post from his profile.

Sharing the frames of himself shooting at the firing range on his X account, Taro Emir Tekin wrote, "This is how Israeli soldiers hold their weapons during tactical shooting. This is a short video of my daily shooting practice for you. It is a conscious choice."
