Famous actress Yasemin Kay Allen shared details about her summer vacation in Thailand while attending an event. "Everyone chooses Bali, but I prefer to escape to Thailand. I love doing Muay Thai there; the beaches are relaxing, and the people are truly lovely," she said, sharing her vacation preferences and experiences.
Passion for action
The 35-year-old Allen expressed that she wants to perform action scenes on set, but producers usually do not allow it. "I love action, and I have had experiences abroad as well. I really enjoy choreography work. It is truly great to share what I have learned with the audience. However, production companies usually do not allow it due to concerns about 'regional injuries.' Because of insurance companies, we cannot do many things ourselves; but I work in collaboration with stunt doubles as much as I can," she said.
Advice on martial arts
Yasemin Kay Allen also noted that she does not use martial arts against anyone in real life. "This is a discipline that requires training; it is not for getting into fights. I hope it never happens to me, and I hope I never need it, otherwise, this situation could be dangerous," she warned. Recommending Eastern sports especially to women, Allen stated, "Martial arts should be practiced for sports purposes; it changes a person's posture and increases their self-confidence. As women, it is important to have at least basic knowledge. Martial arts should always be experienced because situations where women need to protect themselves can occur more frequently," she added.
