Actor, director, and producer Yılmaz Erdoğan is preparing to file a lawsuit against Cansu Taşkın, after footage of them together was circulated on social media.

According to a report by Mustafa Balcı from Halktv.com.tr, rumors emerged in February that Yılmaz Erdoğan was in a relationship with model Cansu Taşkın.

While both parties remained silent on the allegations for a long time, this silence was broken last week by footage shared on social media by Cansu Taşkın's sister, Elif Vurgun.

The footage was released simultaneously with Taşkın's confirmation of the relationship rumors.

'SETUP' ALLEGATION

According to the allegations, the recording of the shared footage unfolded as follows: Cansu Taşkın and Elif Vurgun visited Erdoğan's farmhouse as guests in August. While the pair took some photos with Erdoğan at the farmhouse for 'souvenir' purposes, they recorded the intimate footage that was later leaked to social media without Erdoğan's knowledge.

Having reached an agreement between themselves, the sisters began recording the environment with a mobile phone camera while Vurgun pretended to be talking on the phone, and in this way, footage of the two was recorded without Erdoğan's knowledge.

AFTER HE STOPPED ANSWERING CALLS...

According to the claim, the closeness between Taşkın and Erdoğan, which lasted for a few days, did not turn into any relationship, and in the following period, Erdoğan did not respond to Taşkın's persistent calls or return her messages.

Following this, Taşkın had the allegations that she was in a relationship with Yılmaz Erdoğan leaked to the press in February.

When no statement came from Erdoğan's side despite the rumors making headlines, Taşkın and Vurgun began sharing photos and videos taken with Erdoğan on their social media accounts last week, while also making statements confirming the relationship claims.

ERDOĞAN PREPARING TO SUE

It has been learned that Erdoğan felt 'great anger' after the footage was published on social media and that he has instructed his lawyers to file a lawsuit against the two individuals.

The legal provision under which Erdoğan will sue the sisters, "Article 134 of the Turkish Penal Code (TCK), states: 'Any person who violates the privacy of individuals shall be sentenced to imprisonment from one to three years. If the violation is committed by recording images or sounds, the penalty to be imposed shall be increased by one fold.'"
