100 pistols without serial numbers seized in a vehicle

Under the coordination of the Sakarya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, teams from the Provincial Police Department's Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Branch conducted an operation aimed at preventing arms smuggling.

In this context, an SUV-type vehicle identified as carrying weapons was tracked and stopped by the teams.

During the search of the vehicle, 100 pistols without serial numbers and magazines were seized.

Judicial proceedings have been initiated against 1 person in connection with the incident.
