One suspect has been detained in an operation in Sivas where 1,302 liters of illicit ethyl alcohol were seized.

Teams from the Provincial Police Department's Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Branch, under the coordination of the Sivas Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, conducted an operation on a business warehouse in the city center, which was reported to be used for the production of illicit alcoholic beverages, as part of efforts to combat smuggling crimes.
During the operation, 1,302 liters of handmade illicit ethyl alcohol, 360 alcohol aroma kits, 23 chocolates marketed as sexual enhancers, 65 boxes of liquid beverages, 3 liters of counterfeit alcohol, and 7 bottles of alcohol with counterfeit tax stamps were seized.

Legal proceedings were initiated against the 1 detained suspect for "violating the Anti-Smuggling Law."
