The child, who fell to the ground after being struck in the head, was beaten on the ground for minutes.
The child, who was discovered by his relatives, was taken to the Şanlıurfa Training and Research Hospital by car. The child, who sustained wounds and bruises on his head and leg, continues to receive treatment in the emergency department.
Family filed a complaint against their neighbor
