17-year-old who blocked and assaulted 45-year-old man released
In the Atakum district of Samsun, a man who was blocked on the road and assaulted was hospitalized with serious injuries, while the 17-year-old detained in connection with the incident was released under judicial control.

The incident occurred in the Yukarıaksu neighborhood of the Atakum district.
According to the information obtained, a person identified as E.E. (45) had his path blocked on the road and was assaulted. The seriously injured individual was taken by ambulance to the Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine Hospital and placed under treatment.
It was learned that E.E.'s life remains in danger. Teams from the Atakum District Gendarmerie Command detained 17-year-old A.C.A. in connection with the incident.
A.C.A., who was referred to the Samsun Courthouse today, was brought before the duty Magistrate Judge with a request for arrest after giving a statement to the juvenile prosecutor.
A.C.A. was released by the Magistrate Judge under judicial control conditions.
