280,000 TL fine for hanging feet out of car window
In the İnegöl district of Bursa, a driver and passenger who were drinking alcohol and hanging their feet out of a moving car were captured on an amateur camera. The driver, who fled after failing to comply with a "stop" order from police teams acting on a tip-off, and the vehicle owner were issued a total of 280,000 TL in fines.

The incident occurred on the Ahmet Türkel Ring Road. Citizens who witnessed the dangerous moments, in which the driver and passenger were drinking alcohol and hanging their feet out of the moving car, reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center.
Acting on the report, teams from the İnegöl Police Department Traffic Bureau stopped the car with license plate 43 NK 434 at traffic lights and signaled the driver to pull over to the side of the road. However, the driver ignored the police's "stop" order and sped away from the scene.
Following an investigation, administrative fines were issued to the vehicle's license plate and the individuals involved. The driver was fined 200,000 TL for "failing to comply with a stop order" and 40,000 TL for driving without a license, while the vehicle owner was fined 40,000 TL for allowing an unlicensed person to drive the vehicle.
