61 healthcare workers poisoned in Gaziantep
It has been reported that 61 healthcare workers in Gaziantep have been hospitalized after being poisoned by food.

According to the information received, 61 healthcare workers in the city fell ill after eating food provided by a catering center for dinner.
It was determined that the healthcare workers, who were taken under treatment at Dr. Ersin Arslan Training and Research Hospital and Yavuzeli State Hospital, were poisoned by the food they consumed.
Gaziantep Provincial Health Director Beytullah Şahin stated in a press statement regarding the incident that the condition of the personnel under treatment is good.
Conveying his best wishes for a speedy recovery, Şahin noted the following:
"We observed that around 61 people who ate food provided by the same source for dinner today applied to our hospital. The majority of the cases were treated at our Mücahitler building of Ersin Arslan Hospital.
The remaining portion was referred to Yavuzeli Hospital, and approximately 61 of our healthcare workers were affected by this situation. All of them have received treatment and their condition is under control."
Stating that the treatment of the healthcare workers is ongoing, Şahin said, "None of our healthcare workers are in critical condition. Both our Agriculture Directorate teams and our Public Health teams have begun the process of taking samples from the place where the food was prepared. Work on this matter is also continuing." he said.
