8 people poisoned by sacrificial meat in Konya
In Konya, 8 people who ate meat from a sacrificed animal were taken to the hospital with suspected food poisoning.

The incident occurred in the evening hours at a house located on Ekiz Street in the Karaaslan neighborhood of the central Karatay district.
According to the information obtained, 8 people from different families, including children, who had slaughtered and eaten a calf, began to feel unwell and fell ill after a short time.
Upon notification, numerous medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
The 8 people, who were determined to have been poisoned, were taken to Konya City Hospital by ambulances after receiving initial intervention from medical teams and were placed under treatment.
