9 people injured in İzmir after tree branches break and fall on them
In the Kemalpaşa district of İzmir, branches from a century-old plane tree broke and fell on people sitting beneath it, leaving 9 people injured, 2 of them seriously.

According to the information received, branches from a century-old plane tree in the Soğukpınar neighborhood broke and fell on citizens sitting in the outdoor area of coffee houses.
Upon notification, 112 Emergency Health, fire department, and police teams were dispatched to the area. 9 people were injured, 2 of them seriously.
The injured were transported by ambulance to Kemalpaşa State Hospital and Ege University Hospital.
