Aerial and ground intervention continues for forest fire in İzmir
The fire that broke out in a wooded area in Kemalpaşa, İzmir, is growing by the second due to the wind. Teams are continuing their aerial and ground interventions to bring the fire under control.

The fire broke out around 12:15 in a wooded area located in the Kemalpaşa district. The fire, the cause of which has not yet been determined, spread over a wide area due to the effect of the wind.
Upon notification, 1 aircraft, 4 helicopters, 24 water tenders, 3 water supply vehicles, and 2 bulldozers belonging to the İzmir Regional Directorate of Forestry were dispatched to the region. The flames are being intervened with from the air and the ground.
