Autopsy report released for florist killed by a single punch: Here is the cause of death

Dara Şensöz, the foreign national wife of boxer Kıvanç Şensöz, who sells flowers via social media accounts, shared a photo of herself with a flower bouquet from their created accounts.

Firdevs Yıldırıcı, the sister of Eşref Yunus Yıldırıcı, who works as a florist in the same area, took a screenshot of the post by Şensöz's wife and shared it on their own business's social media accounts.

Noticing the photo shared by Firdevs Yıldırıcı in which the face was not visible, Kıvanç Şensöz reacted by saying, "Why are you sharing my wife's photo, you are labor thieves." Firdevs Yıldırıcı apologized to Şensöz. Kıvanç Şensöz wanted to meet Eşref Yunus Yıldırıcı face-to-face and went to his flower warehouse in the Altınova neighborhood of Kepez district on October 12 at around 19:00.

At that moment, Şensöz suddenly punched Yıldırıcı, knocking him to the ground. Şensöz, who kicked Yıldırıcı repeatedly, was pulled away by his uncle, Ali Okur. The medical team dispatched to the address in a short time took the unconscious Yıldırıcı to Kepez State Hospital.

Eşref Yunus Yıldırıcı, who fell into a coma, died after a while. Kıvanç Şensöz, who was taken into custody, was arrested by the court he was brought before.

AUTOPSY REPORT REVEALED

The indictment prepared against Kıvanç Şensöz was accepted by the Antalya 1st High Criminal Court. In the indictment, a life sentence was requested for Kıvanç Şensöz on the charge of 'intentional killing.' The autopsy report regarding the death of Eşref Yunus Yıldırıcı has also been completed. The report stated that Yıldırıcı lost his life due to a brain hemorrhage accompanied by the deterioration and fracture of the skull integrity caused by the impact.

HERE IS THE CAUSE OF DEATH

Stating that according to the autopsy report, it has been clarified that her brother died from a skull fracture and brain hemorrhage, Firdevs Yıldırıcı said, "The murderer enters first. He punches my brother when he is off guard, then kicks him. Then he takes his head and slams it into the concrete with all his might. All of these are in the video. He claims that his wife's photo was edited to make it nude. But there is no such thing. This claim of his has been debunked. The prosecution has requested sentencing reduction provisions even though it is a case of intentional homicide. We do not want this. He should stay in prison for life."

"HE SHOULD NOT BE IN SOCIETY"

Stating that they wanted to donate her brother's organs but it was not possible due to a prosecutor's decision, Firdevs Yıldırıcı said, "We could not donate the organs because the other side claimed my brother had a heart attack. It was stopped by the prosecutor's decision. There was no problem with any of his organs. The bones of his skull were broken by the blows he received. Such an attacker should not be in society," she said.

"HE WAS THE PILLAR OF OUR HOME"

Noting that he cannot accept his son's death, Muhammet Yıldırıcı said, "I am very sad because I lost my son. He was the pillar of our home. Those who caused my son's death should never get out of prison. Our hearts are scorched. May others not suffer as well. After punching him and knocking him to the ground, he slams his head onto the concrete floor. All of these were included in the autopsy report. We were going to donate his organs. We were going to keep his spirit alive in others," he expressed.

Mother Aysun Yıldırıcı also said, "They killed my child in a terrible way. My child was very devoted to us. He was very successful in his work. They did not want us to earn our bread in that region. I didn't even get to see my child get married. I see my son in my dreams and I cry. That murderer should not get out of prison."
