Body found off the coast of Sarıyer
A male body was found in the sea off the coast of Yeniköy in Sarıyer.

The incident occurred around 21:00 off the coast of Yeniköy, Sarıyer. According to the information obtained, citizens who saw a person lying motionless in the sea reported the situation.
Coast Guard, police, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Coast Guard teams brought the person, who was lying motionless in the sea, to the shore.
Medical teams determined that the person had died during their initial examination. Following the investigation, it was determined that the individual was in his 60s.
After the work of the prosecutor and crime scene investigation teams, the body was taken to the Council of Forensic Medicine morgue. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
