Drunk driver involved in accident offers 'we had a patient' defense

The accident occurred during the night in the Çobançeşmeneighborhood on Mustafa Kemal 2nd Street. The car driven by T.C. sideswiped a vehicleparked on the side of the road,causing the bodyworkto get scratched.
