Fire in grassy area near Eymir Lake extinguished
A fire that broke out in a grassy area near Eymir Lake in Ankara's Gölbaşı district has been brought under control.

The fire broke out around 22:30 in a grassy and wooded area near Eymir Lake in the Karataş neighborhood.
Upon reports from local citizens, fire crews from the Dikmen, Kurtuluş, Kayaş, and Central stations were dispatched to the region.
The fire was brought under control after approximately 2 hours of work by the teams, and it was prevented from spreading to the wooded area. Cooling efforts are ongoing in the region.
An investigation has been launched into the cause of the fire.
