Flash development in the case of the marriage of a 13-year-old girl
After a mother in the İnegöl district of Bursa reported on a TV program that her 13-year-old daughter had been married off in exchange for money, the groom and his family were taken into custody by police teams.

According to the information obtained, the İnegöl Chief Public Prosecutor's Office accepted the statement of the mother, Özlem I., who participated in the program "Esra Erol'da" broadcast on ATV, that her 13-year-old daughter was married off for money as a report, and teams from the İnegöl Police Department's Juvenile Bureau took action upon the prosecutor's instructions.
Kamil K., who married the 13-year-old girl, as well as the groom's father, Emrah K., and mother, Elvan K., were taken into custody.
The individuals were referred to the courthouse following their interrogation. All 3 individuals were released by the court under judicial control conditions.
