Doğan Çoban, 31, and Funda Akar, who live in the Kayapınar neighborhood of Manisa's Yunusemre district, tied the knot at the wedding hall in the Yunusemre Municipality People's Bazaar.

Groom Doğan Çoban, who has worked as a crane operator for 15 years, chose his work machine, a crane, as the wedding vehicle. Explaining that he went to pick up the bride in the crane, Çoban said, "We met through a friend. Later on, we became friends."

Afterward, we earned each other's trust and respect. We decided to get married because we are committed to one another. For couples who decide to marry, respect, love, and trust are enough.

There are many different activities these days. We thought of this to do something different. We are happy for ourselves."

Bride Funda Akar, who traveled to the wedding hall by crane, said the following:

"We had seen things like this before. We were talking about whether we should do something like this too. It was a surprise for me. I wasn't expecting something like this. It turned out well."

Arriving at the wedding hall with the crane and the convoy behind it, the young couple said "yes" to a lifetime of happiness in the presence of their loved ones.
