Allegedly, an argument that started between C.A. and his brother Orhan A. due to a land dispute turned into a fight.
C.A., who is a former village headman (muhtar), opened fire on his brother Orhan A. with the weapon he had with him.
While Orhan A. lost his life at the scene, C.A. wounded his other brother, A.A., and his own son, E.A. The wounded were taken to Yıldızeli State Hospital by ambulances.
The murder suspect, C.A., was taken into custody by gendarmerie teams. The District Gendarmerie Command teams took extensive security measures around the village. An investigation into the incident has been launched.
