Three people have been detained in connection with the murder of Mesut Aras, who was subjected to an armed attack while getting out of his vehicle in Sancaktepe. The suspects were arrested by the court following their interrogation. Security camera footage of the moment of the murder has also emerged.

In an incident that occurred on the night of April 5 in Sancaktepe, Istanbul, Mesut Aras was subjected to an armed attack while getting out of his car. Aras, who was seriously injured, lost his life at the hospital where he was taken. During the investigation at the scene, 11 empty shell casings were found. Following the murder, teams from the Istanbul Public Security Branch Office's Murder Bureau conducted an investigation and detained 25-year-old Yasin Tolga, 24-year-old Emre B., and Cem Ö.

THE CAR USED DURING THE MURDER WAS FOUND BURNT

After the murder, the car used by the 3 suspects in the incident was found burnt in Eyüpsultan. The 3 suspects, who have numerous police records, were referred to the Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office after their interrogation at the Murder Bureau. The 3 suspects referred to the court were arrested and sent to prison.
