A fire broke out for reasons yet to be determined in the ventilation section of the Wyndham Grand Istanbul Kalamış Marina Hotel on Fener Kalamış Avenue.
Upon notification, fire, police, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
FIRE EXTINGUISHED: NO INJURIES OR FATALITIES
It was reported that the fire was extinguished thanks to the timely intervention of firefighters, and there were no injuries or fatalities at the hotel or in the surrounding area.
IT WAS A HUB FOR SPORTS CLUBS
The hotel, located in the Kadıköy district, is known as the most frequent place of stay for sports clubs visiting to play against Fenerbahçe due to its central location.
