Individual who engaged in armed clash with police in Şişli taken into custody after being persuaded
An individual who opened fire indiscriminately in the middle of the street in Istanbul's Şişli district and then engaged in a clash with police has been taken into custody after being persuaded.

In Aslanyurt Street in the 19 Mayıs neighborhood, an unidentified male individual began firing indiscriminately in the street for reasons yet unknown.
Upon notification, numerous police teams were dispatched to the specified address.
The individual then began firing at the police teams that arrived at the scene.
In the street where a shootout occurred for a period of time, the individual was persuaded and taken into custody by the teams.
During the investigations conducted by police teams at the scene, numerous empty shell casings were found on the ground.
The individual taken into custody was transported to the Police Department to have their statement taken.
