For this reason, I have been called to give a statement. We weresummoned. We gave our statement. An investigation was opened against us based on Article 217/a for publicly spreading misleading information to the public, andthe investigation is currently ongoing.
We willwait for theresults, we willsee.we are, I hope for the best for us. I have no otherwords to say at the momentbut after it is concludedI will hopefully inform you of the decision. Currently, an investigation has beenopened. For this reason, until the investigation is completedregarding any I will notsayit,” he said.
Kırçı, in the video he shared on his social media account which became the subject of the investigation, said the followingas follows:
"We are in the most central point of Çorum. We are near the clock tower. Right now, most of the tradesmen havenot even made a single sale. Thedoner kebab is still sitting there, not a singlebithas been soldnot even touched. But Mr. Mehmet Şimşek, you are sendingofficers from the tax office for inspections even on Saturdays.
Have I even made a sale yetso that I can issue a receipt? You are issuing fines saying 'he didn't issue a receipt.' It wasn't issued to me, but I know it has been issued to others.
He didn't issue a receipt, I haven't made a sale yet, it's 12:00 PM. First, turn around and look at how you aremanagingthe economy.look at your own affairs, then deal with the tradesmen. The tradesmanis going to paythe shop rent? He hasn't even made his first sale yet!"
