Liters of illicit alcohol seized ahead of New Year's
In an operation conducted by gendarmerie teams in Çankırı, liters of illicit alcohol were seized. Judicial proceedings have been initiated against 2 individuals in connection with the incident.

As part of efforts carried out by the Çankırı Provincial Gendarmerie Command teams targeting individuals engaged in the illicit alcohol trade ahead of the New Year, an operation was conducted against 2 people who had been identified.
45 LITERS OF ETHYL ALCOHOL SEIZED
During the searches conducted in the operation, 45 liters of ethyl alcohol, 55 liters of homemade wine, 15 liters of rakı, 5 liters of whiskey, 2 bottles of unbanded vodka, 6 barley flavorings, 1 fresh grape flavoring, 5 food flavorings, 2 anise oils, 2.4 kilograms of beer yeast, 1 kilogram of cocktail mix, 13 glass bottles used in alcohol production, and 10 alcohol content determination kits were seized. Judicial proceedings have been initiated against 2 suspects regarding the incident.
