Mehmet Melih Gülseren re-elected as president of the Association of Jurists

According to the statement made by the association, Association of Jurists President Gülseren, speaking at the meeting hosted by SETA Istanbul, noted that the association is a great legacy for them.

Gülseren stated, "We took over this sacred duty last September to protect this legacy and carry our cause further. Throughout our term, we have taken care to act with a transparent and participatory management approach."

Providing information about youth and organizational activities, Gülseren said, "We have taken on responsibilities in many areas, from creating space for young jurists to strengthening professional solidarity. We have continued our educational activities without interruption. We organized four separate organizational camps to strengthen our bonds of affection with our representatives. This association is strengthening and growing with our collective effort, and it will continue to grow, God willing. May God be pleased with everyone who strives on the axis of right, truth, and justice, and who contributes to our cause."

Gülseren concluded his words by saying, "This noble duty is not just a responsibility for me and all my friends in our administration, but also a burden we carry on our shoulders. However, we do not see this only as a burden; we take it to our hearts. God willing, together, heart to heart, we will achieve great things and continue to walk on the path of justice."

The meeting was attended by figures from the legal and political community, including 26th, 27th, and 28th Term Member of Parliament Cahit Özkan, 28th Term Member of Parliament Nurettin Alan, 24th, 25th, and 26th Term Member of Parliament Feyzullah Kıyıklık, 23rd Term Member of Parliament Turan Kıratlı, Istanbul No. 2 Bar Association President Yasin Şamlı, and former association presidents Ahmet Yılmaz and Cavit Tatlı.
