'Mini skirt' dispute on the street in Istanbul: He pulled a knife on his neighbor

In Kağıthane, a man allegedly got into an argument with a neighbor who reacted to his sister for wearing a mini skirt. When the man's wife also joined the argument, the individual pulled a knife on them. The incident was captured on camera, and the knife-wielding individual was taken into custody following police intervention.

The incident occurred last Saturday around 20:30 in the Hamidiye neighborhood of Kağıthane.

According to allegations, when a man's sister wore a mini skirt and walked on the street, a man in the neighboring building reacted to her.

Upon hearing this, the man began to argue with the neighbor. As the argument escalated into verbal abuse, the neighbor's wife also joined the fight.

During the chaotic fight, the person whose sister was criticized pulled out a knife.

Meanwhile, police teams arriving at the scene upon notification took the individual into custody along with the knife. The events were captured on camera.
