Missing person found dead in the sea
The lifeless body of a person who went to the beach to swim in the Marmaris district of Muğla and had been missing for a long time was recovered from the sea following an operation by Coast Guard teams.

The incident occurred in the evening hours at the public beach in front of a hotel in the İçmeler neighborhood. According to the information obtained, friends of an individual named Emrah Teker could not reach him for a long time after he entered the sea. Upon the situation being reported to the 112 Emergency Call Center, teams were dispatched to the area.
During the search conducted at sea by Coast Guard teams, Teker's lifeless body was located. Teker's body was recovered from the sea and taken to the hospital morgue.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
