Mosque living quarters engulfed in flames at iftar time

A fire broke out in the living quarters of a mosque in the Andırın district of Kahramanmaraş during the iftar hour. Since no one was in the quarters at the time of the fire, there were no injuries or loss of life.

According to the information obtained, a fire, believed to have started due to an electrical fault, broke out at the mosque's living quarters in the Canbaz neighborhood of the Andırın district during the iftar hour.

Flames suddenly engulfed the entire living quarters. Those who saw the quarters on fire immediately notified the fire department.

Upon the report, fire crews were dispatched to the scene. The fire was extinguished through the intervention of the fire department.

It was learned that the Imam, Enes Türkmenoğlu, who lives in the quarters, was at an iftar invitation and not at home during the fire. The living quarters were rendered unusable by the fire.
