Motorcyclist attacker kills 'by mistake'
In an attack that took place in Bursa, a citizen lost their life as a result of gunfire opened by a man dressed in black on a motorcycle with an unidentifiable license plate.

H.U., born in 2001, who was in front of Saray Börekçisi located on Cemal Nadir Street, Altıparmak Street in the Şahabettin Paşa neighborhood, lost their life due to a wound to the neck following gunfire opened from a motorcycle.
Following camera footage examinations by the police, the suspect was identified as M.Ç., born in 1998, and the suspect was apprehended along with the 9mm pistol used in the crime.
During interrogation, the suspect M.Ç. stated that an individual named M.B. had stolen his pistol and was having an affair with the ex-wife of a friend who is currently in prison, which led to a feud between them. The suspect M.Ç. claimed that his primary intention was to injure the individual named M.B., but that H.U. was struck as a result of the fire he opened.
The individual named M.B., who was with the victim at the time of the incident and fled the scene after the attack, was apprehended by the police shortly thereafter, and a 7.65 caliber pistol was seized during a pat-down search of the individual.
The individual confirmed that he had stolen this pistol from the suspect approximately 3-4 days ago and that there was a feud between him and the suspect due to this incident.
Following consultation with the Public Prosecutor, both individuals were taken into custody to be brought before the court on charges of intentional homicide and violations of Law No. 6136.
