New development in the chilling armed brawl in Rize!
In Rize, 3 people were injured and 7 were taken into custody following a street brawl involving guns and knives between neighbors.

The incident occurred at approximately 15:45 on Atatürk Street in the Mermerdelen neighborhood of the city center.
According to the information received, two groups with a pre-existing feud encountered each other in the middle of the street. The verbal argument between the parties escalated into a fight. Both sides targeted each other with guns and knives.
The parties, who opened fire on each other, were injured. Meanwhile, police teams on patrol issued warnings to the groups. As the use of firearms continued, the police teams intervened and brought the incident under control.
Citizens in the vicinity reported the incident to the 112 emergency call service. Medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The medical teams arriving at the scene transported the injured individuals identified as H.Ç., B.Ö.K., and T.Ç. to Rize State Hospital and Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University Training and Research Hospital by ambulance.
While the treatment of the injured individuals continues at the hospital, 7 people have been taken into custody in connection with the incident.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
