It was stated that the decision was made in line with meteorological assessments and fire risk analyses conducted by the Regional Directorate of Forestry. It was noted that high temperatures, strong winds, and low humidity levels are expected to be effective throughout the city.
THE BAN WILL BE ENFORCED PROVINCE-WIDE
According to the statement from the Governor's Office, the ban covers all open areas throughout the province. During this period, lighting fires "by any means whatsoever" and activities that could cause fires will not be permitted.
