According to the information received, an electrical fire broke out in the basement of a building in a residential complex on 150th Street in the Medya neighborhood of Kayapınar district.
Upon notification, fire and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
While responding to the fire, firefighters rescued a kitten that was trapped in the basement.
The firefighters provided initial intervention to the cat, which was affected by smoke, by administering oxygen from their own oxygen tanks.
